TRIALS & TALENT IDENTIFICATION IN ALGERIA

Trial sessions, talent identification, and player assessment in Algeria to evaluate the player’s level and guide the development of their profile.

Objectives

Provide access to professional trials based on the player’s sporting profile.
Evaluate the player’s age, position, experience, and performance level.
Present the player to suitable sporting opportunities, without guaranteeing selection or contract.
Provide professional sporting and administrative support throughout the programme.

What is included

Registration fees with the club or academy
Training or trial participation fees, depending on the programme
Accommodation for the full duration of the programme
Three meals per day
Airport reception and transfer at the end of the programme
Transfers between the accommodation and training venues
Scheduled training sessions, matches, and sporting activities
Administrative and sporting support and follow-up
Coordination with the club or academy
Player technical report, when included in the programme
Medical and sports insurance, subject to the programme’s terms and conditions

Insurance and conditions

Medical and sports insurance according to the limits and conditions of the program insurance policy.

The player receives program details according to the individual case before confirmation. READY SPORT does not guarantee the signing of a contract, the granting of a visa or acceptance by a club.

Cancellation:
Cancellation or date-change conditions must be stated in the signed written offer.

Training & development.

These programs are designed to improve the player’s technical, physical and tactical level in a professional environment.

Objectives

  • Technical, physical and tactical development.
  • Training with specialised coaching staff.
  • International football experience.
  • Participation in scheduled training sessions and matches.
  • Technical report depending on the selected program.

Trials & talent identification.

Players may request a trial opportunity depending on their age, position, sports CV, videos and the availability of partner clubs or academies.

  • Spain: depending on agreements and available dates.
  • Portugal: clubs and academies at different levels.
  • Türkiye: partner clubs and academies.
  • Greece: depending on category and availability.
READY SPORT does not guarantee a professional contract, visa or acceptance by a club. The final decision belongs to the technical staff.
