1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between KAYN SERVICE LLC, a company registered in the State of Michigan (USA), located at 405 West Greenlawn Avenue, Lansing, MI 48910, USA, trading as READY SPORT (the “Company” or “we”), and any person (the “Client”, the “Player” or “you”) who signs up for our sports assessment, advice and guidance services or our international sports programmes.
By creating an account, submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Cancellation & refund page and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
READY SPORT provides sports assessment, file processing, advice and guidance towards partner sports academies and training camps in Europe, including in Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Greece. Programmes give access to sports facilities, technical coaching, performance assessment and exposure to partner sports organisations.
READY SPORT’s main service is the support service: organising a training programme or a sports trial in Europe for the Player. Fees charged by the host club or academy are added to the support service price and stated in the written offer.
Details of what is and is not included are on the Pricing page and in the written offer provided before each programme.
3. Registration and membership
- The Player creates a file online (sports profile and requested documents).
- The file is reviewed by our technical and administrative team, which may accept or reject it.
- Once the file is approved, the Player pays the membership, which covers opening the file and assessing the profile.
- The member Player can then request support for a training programme or a trial from the player area.
If READY SPORT rejects an application before starting any work on the file, any amounts already paid are refunded in full.
4. Players under 18
A player under 18 may only register and pay with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian:
- ticks the box “I am the player’s parent or legal guardian and I accept these Terms” during registration and payment;
- makes the payment; their name appears on the invoice;
- provides, before any trip abroad, the travel authorisations and documents required by law;
- remains responsible for the minor player throughout the programme, unless a different written arrangement is stated in the offer.
5. Prices and payment
- Currency: all prices are shown and paid in EUR, taxes included.
- Prices: current prices are on the Pricing page. Membership has a fixed price; the support service has a starting price (“from”), whose exact amount depends on the programme and duration and is set in the written offer. Club or academy fees are set in the written offer and do not change once the offer is accepted.
- When to pay: membership is paid after the player file is approved; the support service and club fees are paid after the written offer is accepted.
- Payment method: payments are processed securely by card through our provider Stripe (payment links or Stripe invoices). We do not store your full card details. A receipt is emailed after each payment.
6. Written offer
Before any programme payment, READY SPORT gives the Client a written offer (PDF or Stripe invoice) stating: the player’s name, the programme, the club or academy, the country, the dates, the price, what is and is not included, and links to these Terms and to the Cancellation & refund page. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer.
7. Obligation of means
Important notice: all services provided by READY SPORT are an obligation of means, not an obligation of result. READY SPORT does not guarantee a contract, an invitation to a trial, a placement in a club or a visa. Selection decisions are made solely by the scouts, coaches and officials of partner clubs.
8. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund rules are set out on the Cancellation & refund page, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

Cancellation fee kept for a programme cancelled more than 30 days before departure: 52 €. A credit is personal and valid for 12 months.
Request: by email to contact@ready-sport.org (player’s name, date, amount, receipt reference, reason). Reply within 5 business days; refund to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
Before disputing a payment with your bank, please contact us: we reply within 48 hours.
9. Visa, travel and insurance
Obtaining the visa, passport and travel authorisations is the responsibility of the Player or their legal representative. Flights, visa and insurance are not included unless the written offer states otherwise.
The Player, or their legal representative if a minor, must hold valid civil liability insurance and travel and medical insurance covering sports activities and repatriation for the whole stay abroad.
10. Liability
READY SPORT cannot be held liable for injuries, illness, loss or theft of property during a programme, nor for decisions made by clubs, consular authorities or carriers.
11. Personal data
Information provided by the Player is used only to manage the application and organise programmes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (USA), where KAYN SERVICE LLC is registered. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
