READY SPORT is a brand of KAYN SERVICE LLC (405 West Greenlawn Avenue, Lansing, MI 48910, USA). This page explains, in plain terms, when and how you can cancel and get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Before disputing a payment with your bank, write to us
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first by email at contact@ready-sport.org or by phone / WhatsApp at +1 (587) 997 8615. We reply within 48 hours. Most issues are solved quickly, without involving your bank.
2. Refund schedule

3. Details
- Membership: you can ask for a full refund of the membership within 7 days of payment, as long as our team has not started reviewing your file. Once the review has started or the assessment has been carried out, the membership is no longer refundable, because the work has been done.
- Application rejected: if READY SPORT rejects your application before starting any work on your file, you receive a full refund.
- Training and trials: the cancellation period is counted from the date we receive your written request to the departure date stated in your written offer.
- Credit: when a credit is offered, it is in the player’s name, valid for 12 months and can be used for another READY SPORT programme.
- Visa refused: send us the official refusal letter. We refund the amount paid, minus costs already incurred on your behalf (bookings, fees charged by the club…), on presentation of supporting documents.
- Cancellation by READY SPORT: if we cancel a programme, you choose between a full refund and a free postponement.
- Programme already started: a programme that has already started is not refunded. An injury or a documented medical reason is reviewed case by case.
4. How to request a refund
- Send an email to contact@ready-sport.org with: player’s name, payment date, amount, payment receipt reference and reason for the request.
- We reply in writing within 5 business days.
- If the refund is accepted, it is made to the card used for the payment. Depending on your bank, the money appears within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Players under 18
For a player under 18, the refund request must be made by the parent or legal guardian who made the payment.
