READY SPORT, a brand operated by KAYN SERVICE LLC (405 West Greenlawn Avenue, Lansing, MI 48910, USA), is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact: full name, date of birth, nationality, phone, email.
- Travel documents: passport copy and details, only for programmes abroad.
- Sports profile: background, position, videos, assessment results, technical reports.
- Health data: only the fitness information needed for sports practice (for example a medical certificate or a reported injury).
- Parent or guardian: name and contact details of the legal representative for players under 18.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We only receive the name, amount, date and last 4 digits of the card; we never store the full number.
- Browsing: technical connection data and visitor statistics (see section 8).
3. Why we use your data
- To review and assess your application and sports file (performance of the contract).
- To organise programmes, trials and assessments with our partner clubs and academies (performance of the contract).
- To send offers, receipts, invoices and administrative information (performance of the contract).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- Health data is processed only with your explicit consent, or that of your parent or guardian if you are under 18.
4. Players under 18
Data about a player under 18 is collected only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, given at registration. The parent or guardian may exercise all the rights described below on the player’s behalf.
5. Sharing your data
We never sell, trade or rent your data. We share it only when needed to provide the service:
- Partner clubs, academies and coaches in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece…): sports profile and information needed for the chosen programme.
- Stripe: secure payment processing.
- Technical providers: website hosting, email delivery, document storage.
- Logistics partners: organising travel and accommodation, when the programme includes it.
- Authorities: when required by law.
6. International transfers
Your data may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence, in particular in the European Union, Turkey and the United States (home of KAYN SERVICE LLC and some providers, including Stripe). We only share the data needed and ask our partners to protect it.
7. How long we keep data
- Passport copies: 6 months after the end of the programme.
- Sports profile and player file: 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
- Health data: deleted at the end of the programme concerned.
- Invoices and payment records: for the period required by accounting law.
- Exchanges with us (emails, messages): 3 years after the last contact.
8. Cookies and statistics
The site uses essential technical cookies (login to your area, language choice, security). We also measure traffic with a statistics tool installed on our own site, with no advertising and no resale of data. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the site, access to files limited to the people who need it, and even stricter access for passports and health data.
10. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a readable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@ready-sport.org: we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
